Meatballs with brown sauce is a quick recipe it does not take too long, I took the time while doing this sauce it takes about 15 minutes. It does not need to be meatballs this sauce it can be with grilled meat steak or mince meat.

You need:

soy sauce
black pepper
salt
water
1 teaspoon of butter
2 teaspoons of mustard
1 teaspoon of chili
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 Wheat flour

2 teaspoon of crushed tomatoes with basil
1 dl milk

In butter and a little olive oil add the onion and garlic finely chopped. Leave it brown slowly in medium heat. My oven has numbers from 1 to 6 I have it in 4. Then slowly add water and let it boil for a while add pepper, mustard, chilli and crushed tomatoes. I bought in store crashed tomatoes that has basil, it has a good flavor that adds a taste of basil to the food. Stir for 5 minutes and add a bit of water if necessary. Finally, mix in milk the flour. And pour slowly stirring all the time until the sauce is thick. And is ready to serve.

Any pasta is great with meatballs. Enjoy!

  1. Did you ever try to make Bruschetta from these wonderful ingtedienrs? That’s heavenly on roasted farmer’s bread. This year we’re growing green beans, lettuce, zucchini, peas, a test eggplant, cucumbers and peppers. And we always have lots of berries and fresh herbs. Especially the herbs mean summer cooking to me. Yum!
